first, analyze the root cause of the problem:

I. paper feeding process

1 Lower paper feeding mode the paper stack (card) has a certain pressure on the lowest card. When the lowest card enters the printing cylinder, the ink that was not dried before the last printing will rub against the back of the previous card

5. If the surface edge of the paper pusher is not deburred, the back of the card to be entered may be scratched during the return journey

II. Paper output process

the card machine does not have the feature of full page printing with its teeth, and the scratch between the card and the paper scraper during the paper output process is also a headache. Take a look at the reason:

1 The adhesive force between the paper jam and the rubber drum is too large

2. The paper scraper is dirty or burred

according to the above analysis, the following are the methods to eliminate or reduce the scratch phenomenon:

(I). Paper feeding process

1. Do not add too many cards to the carton at one time, and try to reduce the pressure

2. When printing PVC and other hard cards, first check and remove the burrs on the edges of the cards

3. Remove all raised burrs on the platform with fine sandpaper

4. Before printing, the inlet clearance of the double sheet feeding limit plate must be adjusted

5. Use fine sandpaper to fine trim all burrs on the edge of the ejector

(II). Paper output process

1. Reduce the ink viscosity (add an appropriate amount of ink blending oil; add an appropriate amount of viscosity reducer; add an appropriate amount of edible raw meal); Avoid excessive imprinting; Reduce manual transfer times before printing; Wipe the rubber drum as much as possible when printing after shutdown; The amount of water should not be too large; During color printing, the heavy ink version shall be printed first as far as possible; Try to use glossy paper that does not make the hammer just contact with the sample

2. Clean the paper scraper frequently; Remove the raised burrs on the paper scraper with fine sandpaper
