5 backfill engineering

5.1 after the foundation construction is completed, the ponding should be drained as soon as possible, the silted mud and sand should be removed, and the backfill should be carried out as soon as possible

5.2 the backfilling of foundation pit should be carried out continuously and completed as soon as possible. Pay attention to the rain during construction. Before the rain, the filled layer should be tamped in time and made into a certain slope to facilitate the drainage of rain

5.3 during the construction of earthwork backfilling in rainy season, the moisture content of the backfill should be strictly controlled, and samples should be taken in time for testing to control the moisture content of the backfill within the range of design requirements. If the moisture content is high, measures such as scarifying, drying or evenly mixing dry soil can be taken; If necessary, cover the soil source in advance to avoid rubber soil

6 reinforcement works

7 concrete works

7.1 the concrete mixing table shall be provided with a rainproof shed. The water content of sand and stone shall be measured in time, and the amount of sand, stone and water of concrete shall be adjusted according to the measurement results. The bulk cement tank shall not leak rain. If bulk cement is used, it shall be covered carefully, and the cement that is exposed to rain, damp and deterioration shall not be used

7.2 the weather forecast shall be known in time before concrete pouring, and the construction shall be organized by using non rainy weather as much as possible. In case of rain during concrete pouring, cover it with plastic cloth or rain cloth in case of emergency. If concrete pouring is necessary due to rush work, shed covering measures shall be taken, and construction joints of facilities shall be reasonably reserved

7.3 the loose concrete washed by the rain should be chiseled out at the joint after the rain, and it should be treated as a construction joint when continuing to pour concrete

7.4 after concrete pouring, if the initial setting is not reached, it should be covered with plastic cloth in time to prevent rain

7.5 if the poured concrete is washed or soaked by rain before final setting, and its surface is damaged, this part of concrete should be smashed to the dense layer in time, and then repaired

8 waterproof works

8.1 waterproof works should not be arranged for construction in the rainy season, and should try to avoid the rainy season. When it rains, waterproof construction should be stopped, and the constructed parts should be covered with plastic cloth into the specific classification of Jinan impact testing machine; If the waterproof layer is found to be damaged by rain after rain, it should be reworked

10.2 the ground on which the scaffold is erected shall be compacted, and attention shall be paid to drainage. The lower end of the pole shall be padded with a full-length plank. The scaffold shall be equipped with a sweeping rod, diagonal bracing, diagonal bracing, and firmly tied with the building

11 masonry works

13 hoisting works

13.4 the grounding resistance value of tower crane shall be measured, and its resistance value shall not be greater than 4 ohms

14 mechanical and electrical equipment

before the rainy season, measures must be taken to prevent rain, flooding, moisture, mildew, rust, electric leakage, lightning and so on for the mechanical and electrical equipment, and the mechanical and electrical equipment on the construction site must be well managed and used to ensure the smooth completion of the construction task. The on-site machinery management personnel shall strengthen the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment during the rainy construction period, strengthen the inspection, and immediately deal with the hidden dangers of machinery operation once they are found, so as to prevent accidents. Be on duty day and night, and strictly implement the shift handover system

14.1 large mechanical and electrical equipment placed in the open air should be protected from rain and moisture. The mechanical bolts and bearings should be frequently lubricated and rotated to prevent corrosion. All mechanical and electrical equipment should be installed with leakage protectors

14.2 the relatively fixed mechanical and electrical equipment (butt welding machine, electric saw, electric plane, etc.) at the construction site should be set up with a rain shelter or a protective cover for the motor; It is not allowed to wrap it with plastic cloth)

14.3 for transformers, the grounding resistance value of lightning arrester must be retested (the resistance value is greater than 4 ohms), and those that do not meet the requirements must be dealt with in time. A preventive test shall be conducted for the lightning arrester

14.4 the installation of mechanical and electrical equipment and the erection of electrical lines must be carried out in strict accordance with the measures of the temporary power utilization scheme

14.5 the electrical switches of mechanical and electrical equipment should be equipped with rain proof and moisture-proof facilities

14.6 after the rain, patrol and inspect all kinds of mechanical and electrical equipment, temporary lines, external scaffolds, etc. if there are signs of inclination, deformation, subsidence, electric leakage and so on, immediately mark Danger Warnings and timely repair and reinforcement, and immediately stop work if there is serious danger
